How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We strive to pass on orders to our shipping partner as quickly as possible. Of course, we are dependent on their fast delivery. However, if everything goes as smoothly as always, your package should arrive within 3-7 business days (domestically) and 4-10 days (internationally).

I have not received an order confirmation.

It may have ended up in your spam folder. If it is not there either, please contact our support via the contact form or send us an email directly to info@dorumaku.com.

I received a confirmation, but the order was not shipped within the stated delivery time.

Check if the delivery address was entered correctly during the order process. Otherwise, please contact our support.

How do I see the status of my delivery?

As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking email.

My order could not be delivered.

Don't worry, our support will contact you to match the address provided. It may take some time for the package to arrive back at the warehouse. Then the package will be sent again. Please make sure that the package can be accepted. The exact status can be found in the shipment tracking.

How can I return my package?

Please contact our support via the contact form. As soon as we receive the return, it will be processed and the money will be refunded to you within 14 business days after receipt of the return.

My item is defective / I have received the wrong goods.

Please contact our support by mail with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Type of item
  • Type of defect/wrong item
  • Pictures

Is it possible to make an exchange?

No, an exchange is generally not possible.

Where can I find my invoice?

This will be sent to you by e-mail.

Are your products sustainable?

Our articles are 100% fair and sustainably produced. The printing is done in Germany. We use a water-based and biodegradable ink, which are free of toxins and animal ingredients (vegan).

What is the difference between Basic, Relaxed & Oversize?

First of all, all shirts have the same high quality of workmanship. They are made of 100% ring-spun organic cotton and thus promise a particularly pleasant wearing comfort. The basic shirts have the same fit as you would expect from a normal shirt. Relaxed shirts, on the other hand, have a more casual fit. Oversize shirts offer an even more relaxed or generous cut and thus promise a particularly pleasant wearing comfort.
